Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Complete complex federal government projects

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including wiring, fixtures, panels, and equipment — compliant with NEC and all codes

• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, submittals and wiring diagrams

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues

• Collaborate with apprentices, tradespeople, and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget

• Perform preventive maintenance and document all work accurately

• Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols, including PPE usage and lock-out/tag-out procedures

Skills and Qualifications 

• Valid Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Electrical license

• Working knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes

• Strong print reading, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and engage in physical labor

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Excellent communication skills
